In the wake of COVID-19 better known as the coronavirus, we would like to clear up any speculation
The St Clair Hotel Hostel and Hideaway Guesthouse will be open and operating as usual. There is a potential for reduced reception hours in the future, but that will not affect your reservations.
As things stand currently there is no desire to temporarily close any of the accommodations down.
Furthermore our cancellation policy remains the same,
You can cancel any time free of charge as long as you cancel 48hrs before check in.
Any cancellations within 48 hours of check in you will be charged
With the COVID-19 exception
If you were coming to Vancouver for an event such as a conference or concert, that is cancelled last minute due to the outbreak, then all we ask for evidence and in this extenuating circumstances we will waive the cancellation charge.
