  • All our rooms are Private and have their own sink.

  • Shared washrooms and shower facilities on each floor (two per floor).

  • The beds have clean sheets, pillows, and covers.

  • Towels are included in the cost of the room, they are delivered at the time of check-in and must be returned at check-out.

  • We have guest coin-operated laundry facilities ($2 wash & $2 dryer) from 5 pm - 10 pm. Detergent can be purchased at the reception before 5 PM at ($1/pod)

  • You must book at least two consecutive nights at the same time.

  • The nights must be back-to-back in a single reservation. Separately booked single nights do not qualify. 

  • If you checkout early and stay only one night, the 10% discount is removed. You will be charged the full standard rate for that single night and a cancellation fee.

  • Adding or removing dates later may trigger a rate recalculation based on current availability.

  • Discount does not apply to the cancellation fee. Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
